Kenya and Mauritius - 12 Nights / 13 Days
Your safari starts with a flight to Samburu. You will be taken to your Lodge in time for lunch or dinner. If you are there in time, in the afternoon you will enjoy your first experiences with the game in the area. You will return to your Lodge in time for dinner and overnight. Samburu Intrepids (LD)
Your day starts out with a morning game drive in Samburu. Your Driver/Guide knows how to find the elusive species and, being in constant contact with other safari drivers, will learn where special sightings are happening and will often make a beeline there. You will return to the lodge for lunch and then go out for another game drive in the afternoon. Overnight in Samburu Intrepids (BLD)
Your safari starts with a flight to the Highlands region. Depending on schedules there may be a game drive in the morning. Once in the Highlands you will be taken to the “The Ark” high up in Aberdare National Park, The Ark is one of the famous “tree hotels” with a large waterhole and fantastic overnight game viewing. Throughout the day, but mostly in the evening and night, many wild animals come to the waterhole. Many guests stay up all night enjoying the comfortable viewing lounges, open air areas and the photography bunker. Overnight The Ark,(BLD)
Your safari will depart after breakfast across the Kenya Highlands to Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will enjoy a game drive in the Park where you will view millions of flamingoes. There are chances of seeing rhinos as this Park is also a rhino sanctuary. After breakfast you will start on your way to Masai Mara either by air. Once in Masai Mara you will enjoy a game drive on your way to your Lodge. Overnight in Mara Intrepids (BLD)
